The kitchen of Osteria La Carbonella is a tribute to Tuscan tradition and succulent charcoal-grilled meat, cooked strictly in view. The undisputed star of the show is the Florentine steak, considered by many as one of the best in Milan, accompanied by ribs, cuts, fillets, kidneys, tartare, and hamburgers.
The pasta dishes tell stories of genuine taste, from the "pennette alla toscana" with a three-hour cooked sauce to the iconic Sandokan Spaghetti, developed by chance from a special request by the actor Kabir Bedi and now a must at the establishment. Completing the experience is a cellar full of excellence, with great Tuscan wines such as Brunello and Antinori, alongside selected national labels, and homemade desserts, served from the cart, to finish the meal in authentic style.
